Why buy instead of start

A startup takes years to reach profitability, if it ever does. An established business has revenue, customers, employees, and a track record a bank will lend against. You're buying a machine that already works and improving it, rather than building one from scratch.

How we work with buyers

• Early access. New listings go to our buyer list first. By the time a deal shows up on public marketplaces, the best ones are often already under letter of intent.
• Real financials. Every listing we represent has recast financials and tax returns ready for you and your lender after you sign an NDA.
• Financing help. Most Main Street deals use an SBA 7(a) loan with 10 to 20 percent down, often combined with a seller note. We'll connect you with lenders who close these deals.
• A straight answer. We buy businesses ourselves. If a deal has a problem, we'll tell you.

What we need from you

To get access to a listing's confidential details you'll sign an NDA and share a short buyer profile: what you're looking for, your budget, and how you plan to fund it. That protects the seller and makes sure we're sending you deals that fit.

What to look for
